Solenoid valve for reduced energy consumption
A control valve comprising a housing with an inlet, a first end and a second output. The system control valve includes Furthermore, a slide valve located in a first position where fluid communication is established between the inlet and the first output and a second position where fluid communication established between the input and the second outlet, and a third position where fluid communication is prevented between entry and exit first or second.
A solenoid valve are coupled in fluid communication with the inlet and can be placed in an activation situation where fluid communication preferred by post to move the valve from the first position to the second position and a position deactuated. A passage extends comments between the first outlet and the valve to position the valve to the third position in response to fluid pressure in the first outing.
Claims
What is required is:
1. A control valve comprising:
A dwelling with an inlet a first end and a second output;
A valve located in at least a first position where fluid communication is established between said input and said first output a second position where fluid communication is established between said input and said second output, and a third position where the fluid is generally prevented communication between said input and output in the first or said second outlet, said valve being biased in said first position;
A solenoid valve coupled in fluid communication with said inlet, said solenoid valve is located in an activation situation where communication is established with said input fluid to move said valve from said first position to the said second deactuated position and a position and a feedback passage extending between said first output and said valve so as to position said valve in said third position in response to fluid pressure in that first production, where the feedback passage extends from said first end through said solenoid valve and the valve only when said valve assembly is in that position deactuated.
2. The system control valve with claim 1 in which said valve assembly is biased in this position deactuated.
3. The system control valve according to claim 1, where the feedback passage disposed within said housing.
4. System control valve according to claim 1 in which the passage Reviews are arranged outside said housing.
5. A control valve comprising:
A dwelling with an inlet, a first outlet, a second outlet and a valve chamber;
A spool slidably disposed in said valve chamber, said coil is positioned in a first position where fluid communication is established between said input and said first output a second position where fluid communication is established between said input and said second end and a third location where fluid communication generally declined during the period said inlet and said first outlet or said second outlet, said spool to to be biased in said first position;
One set of the first valve coupled in fluid communication with said inlet, said first set is located in a valve actuated position where communication is established between said fluid inlet of said coil to move said spool from said first position to said second position and a position deactuated;
A first shuttle valve arranged in fluid communication with said first output and said second outlet, said shuttle valve first was located at least a first position where fluid communication is established between said first output and a production of the first shuttle valve and a second position where fluid communication is established between said second output and said first end of the shuttle valve;
And a second shuttle valve arranged in fluid communication with said first output of shuttle valve, said first valve assembly and said valve chamber, said second shuttle valve is attached to at least a first position where fluid communication is established between the first outlet valve and said shuttle valve chamber and a second position where communication is established between said first fluid valve assembly and said valve chamber
Said shuttle valve first and said second shuttle valve cooperate to selectively provide fluid pressure against said coil to the location of these spool in said third position.
6. System control valve claim 5, further comprising: a set of second solenoid valve coupled in fluid communication with said second outlet, said second valve assembly being located in an activation position where fluid communication is established between said second outlet and a valve and a deactuated position prevents fluid communication between said second outlet and said wait.
7. Control valve system according to claim 6, further comprises: an aperture disposed between said second output and said second solenoid valve assembly.
8. A control valve comprising:
A dwelling with an inlet, a first output, a second outlet and a valve chamber;
A spool slidably disposed in said valve chamber, said spooi be located in a first position where fluid communication is established between said input and said first output and a second position where communication is established between said input fluid and said second output and a third location where fluid communication generally declined during the period said input and said first output or said second output;
A solenoid valve coupled in fluid communication with said inlet, said solenoid valve is located in an activation position where fluid communication is established between said input and said coil to move said spool from said first position to said second position and a position deactuated and
A passage extending between said first reviews departure and said valve chamber to position said coil in said third position in response to fluid pressure in that first production, where the feedback passage extends from the first connector through said solenoid valve and said valve chamber when said solenoid valve assembly is in that position deactuated.
9. Solenoid valve control system according to claim 8 in which said set of solenoid valve is biased in this position deactuated.
10. The solenoid valve control system according to claim 8 in which said passage is feedback arranged in the house.
11. The solenoid valve control system after to claim 8, the passage Reviews are arranged outside said housing.
